Professionally, during 15 year in software testing has worked in different technical and management positions, then expanded the expertise in quality area as information technology auditor. Holds a doctoral degree in computer science (Dr.sc.comp.) from University of Latvia. During 2000-2019, organized the annual international software testing conferences TAPOST. Holds several ISTQB certifications, has been participating in ISTQB working groups. Has experience in information security and IT audits – he is a certified information systems auditor, CISA.
